"Expressing my own ideas through art making has long been important to me. I currently work with stitched cloth and mixed media, with much of my recent work in the medium of stitched wall quilts."
Margery began exhibiting original quilts in 1999, and her work has been selected for Quilt National and Quilt Visions in the USA, and for numerous exhibitions in Australia.
In 2006, Margery's work has been included in The New Quilt 2006, and Dare to Differ 2006 in Australia; and in the USA, quilts have been selected for Quilt Visions 2006; SAQA: the Creative Force; and her quilt Jacarandas & Daisy Chains was a prizewinner in Quilts, A World of Beauty, at the International Quilt Festival in Houston.
